Spawned from a love of great beer and great music, Leviathan Brewing is a micro brewer of unique, small batch craft beer, using only quality, natural and often unusual ingredients.
Independent
As an independent brewer of 'Craft Beer' we are not answerable to shareholders, or restricted by Accountants. We have the freedom to brew the beers WE want to enjoy with you.
Innovative
We are constantly looking to push the boundaries of modern brewing, creating both new innovative beers and our interpretation of traditional styles.
Passionate
We are passionate about what we do, putting our heart and soul into producing quality beers with big, bold and interesting flavours.
Quality
We use only the best quality, natural and freshest ingredients in every beer we brew. All our beers are unfined and unfiltered so are often naturally hazy and, with the exception of the occasional use of Lactose, Vegan friendly.
